Our body needs carbohydrates for energy,protein for tissue and cell build up, oil for stored energy and vegetables for vitamins.Rice And Wheat contains much of carbohydrates and therefore they take care of the energy requirement of our body and brain.Dal or meat meets the protein requirement of our body cells , in our body weather it is growing children or grown ups we need protein a lot ,it is because each end every part of our body is constituted by different forms of protein even our nails and hair or also different form of protein .for growing children protein is much needed for growth at the same time protein is very much needed for grownups too for renewal of body cells.therefor especially for vegetarians DAL is very much necessary for their protein needs. therefore I warn vegetarians not to cut short their dal intake in their diet.
We should not totally avoid oils in our diet saying chlostrel or something else .we must include some amount of oil in our regular diet.
Only garden fresh vegetables contain vitamins,vitamins are vital for our good health,therefore include fresh vegetables in your regular diet.
