How seedless grapes and oranges are produced?!

Seedless grapes and oranges are produced by bio-engineering mechanism.That is to say removal of seed causing gene from the seed,can you understand what i mean,that is a seed is sowed to grow a plant,in course

of time it will grow and some plants thus grown will bear fruits with seeds normally. These seeds  come in way when we take the fruit to eat,to avoid this if a fruit is produced without seeds,that will be nice.
