Present day commercially available eatable eggs are  vegetarian only because they will  not hatch in to chickens if incubated since they do not have embryos within .Why they do not have embryos inside because they are not formed after fertilization.Fertilization does not take place because hens that lay eggs on commercially reared farms are not mated with cocks .But still they lay eggs because laying of eggs have nothing to do with mating.It is a natural routine formula.But these eggs have all nutrients and nourishment's.The egg is an wholesome food for human body like milk.Milk , although an animal product it is considered as vegetarian,like wise the commercially available hen's eggs are also vegetarian only and therefore even orthodox vegetarians are also can take without the fear of sin for their better health.
